There is a CVS adjacent to the complex and Santini Marina Plaza next door featuring numerous restaurants, shops, a hardware store, and boating marina. It is across the street from the Wyndham Hotel and Pinchers Restaurant and Bar, featuring live music and outdoor eating on the beach. The unit is located on the quieter and less heavily trafficked end of the Island and is two miles from Lover's Key State Park. There is a bike/running track the length of the island and over the bridge to Lover's Key.
